Pastor Koby graduated from Vanguard University with a BA in Pastoral Ministries. He served as a Youth Pastor and Executive Pastor before becoming the Senior Pastor of Mission Church Assembly of God. Mission Church is a multi-cultural, multi-generational church in Riverside, CA.
During a season away from full-time ministry, the Lord provided Pastor Koby with an opportunity to receive training outside the walls of the church by joining “Corporate America” working in both operations and finance. This experience has given him the ability to operate in a world few pastors have had the opportunity to walk in. Secular employment enabled him to live his faith in “real life” situations. His heart was to see people saved, healed, and restored without ever setting foot in the church. He stayed active in ministry serving in various home ministries and outreaches, speaking at camps, teaching at leadership retreats, and ministering in church services.
As a minister of the Gospel, Pastor Koby uses humor, an extensive knowledge of pop culture, and a love of God’s Word to preach sermons that touch the soul and inspire. Pastor Koby has a passion to connect people to God and help them fulfill their part of the Great Commission.
